Compact and easy to keep close to the work, these 4-inch Japanese thread snips use a short blade for the small cuts that come up constantly in sewing and handwork.

The 1.4-inch blade keeps the cutting point close to the hand, making the snips well suited to trimming thread ends and handling small, controlled cuts without the extra reach of a long blade.

At about 4 inches overall and 1.6 oz, they are compact enough to keep beside a sewing machine or within easy reach on the worktable.
