Non-Stick Clay and Dough Scissors are designed for that problem.
Like the standard model, they are designed for detailed clay work—trimming edges, dividing small forms, refining petals and leaves, and making controlled cuts directly into three-dimensional pieces.
One important difference is the blade surface.
A fluorine treatment helps reduce material sticking to the blades, making this version especially useful for softer or tackier clay and dough. Less material buildup means fewer interruptions when a project depends on a sequence of small, careful cuts.
A little off a petal. A small adjustment to a leaf. A narrow cut that helps define a miniature detail. The slim cutting profile gives you better access to these small areas than a wider general-purpose craft blade.
Choose the standard Clay and Dough Scissors when you mainly need a dedicated pair for general shaping and trimming.
If the soft or tacky material you like working with is also the material that keeps sticking to your scissors, choose the Non-Stick version.
